Product warranty and Limited warranty
BootieButler products carry a 90 day Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use from the original date of shipment of the product to the user. BootieButler reserves the right to change the terms and conditions on this webpage from time to time at its own discretion.

Order Processing
All orders will be processed in the order they are received and will usually be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order. If your order is received after 2:00pm EST then it will be processed the following day. Orders received on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Payment Method
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Money Orders. We will not be able to process any credit cards with out having the necessary billing verification information.

Merchandise Return Policy
Please read this in its entirety. It is our goal to provide you with the highest quality products at the best price. If you are not satisfied, please read our return and exchange policy below.

General Return Policy
You may return items within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, less the shipping costs. Please call 865-670-1085 for a “Return Authorization Code”. Please return items in their original packaging. For your protection, we suggest you register and insure your shipments and track them online. All return packages must have a Return Authorication Code and be sent to the following address:

Please allow up to 3 business days after we receive the product to process returns. BootieButler will pay return shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error and/or a defective item.

If the return is not because of our error or a defect, the customer must pay all costs related to the return shipment. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the items, less the original shipping costs.

For returns outside of the 15 day period will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Exchanges
If your received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, or if you would like to exchange it for a different item, please call 865-670-1085. If it was our error we will also pay your return freight via Federal Express Ground.

Out of Stock Merchandise
On merchandise that is out of stock, we will not bill or charge your credit card until it ships. If such merchandise is delayed we will notify you by email.

Cancellation and Refused shipments
Any orders that are not processed can be cancelled.

To cancel an order, email orders@bootiebutler.com. Please include your name, order #, and the item(s) ordered. We will respond to your email within 24 hours to acknowledge the cancelation. If you have not heard from us in the 24 hour period, please call our customer service center at (800) 710-9863.

Customers may be charged a $10 additional handling fee for any refused or undelivered shipment due to an incorrectly addressed order form which requires reshipment. Any shipment that requires reshipment will be charged the same shipping charges that applied the first time.
